 At primary stage multiple intelligence test are conducted to uncover the hidden potential of the student.Efforts are put nurture talent student and showcase in exhibition, competitions, annual function, conferences and seminars. At Secondary stage JLJ Concept School student are given career guidance during VIII th to XIIth classes in a structured way. 1. Student fill up a form to specify their aspirations and interest. 2. Aptitude test are conducted to check the ability of the students. 3. Personality test are conducted to determine the personality type of each student. 4.
