She has a strong passion for education and started the school after completing her graduation in 2008.
- Shri Sunil Jain, B.Tech. (IIT Delhi), the founder trustee and Chairman (Managing Committee) has been the patron of JLJ Academy of Computer Technology in Delhi and Faridabad since 1990.
- Mrs. Renu is expert student counselor with more than 26 years experience in student & parents handling. She is the trustee & Vice Chairperson of the school.
- Mrs. Deepti Mathur, M.Sc. (Chemistry) & B.Ed Principal JLJ Concept School, having 28 years of experience as PGT Faculty/ Principal.
- Mr. Tuhin Chatterjee, B.Tech & M.Tech (IIT Kharagpur) & MBA (IIM Bangalore) is associated with the school in an advisory capacity.

- Mrs. Deepika Chawla is one of the key women members of the SMC. She has more than 30 years of experience in the finance sector and is currently the Director of a fortune 500 company that provides diversified financial services.
- Mr. Rajendra Lavasa is a first generation entrepreneur and a key advisor on the SMC. He has more than 25 years of experience in customized manufacturing of heavy machinery for sugar plants and other process plants.
- Ms. Ishita, B.Tech (IIIT Delhi) is an expert in Software Development & Computerization.
